The rules that would govern use of a production Kivora application.

1. Agreement
By using a production Kivora service, you would agree to the applicable terms presented at registration or download. These demonstration terms are not a substitute for legal review.
2. Accounts
You would be responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your sign-in credentials. Unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, misuse other users’ data, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, billing intervals and applicable taxes should be disclosed before purchase. Refunds are governed by the relevant payment provider and applicable law.
5. User content
You retain rights to routine names, notes and other content you create. You grant the service only the permissions necessary to store, sync and display that content for you.
6. Shared spaces
Circle features may let you share selected routines or progress with other people. You are responsible for choosing what to share and for respecting the privacy of other participants.
7. Intellectual property
The application interface, trademarks, code and original product materials remain the property of their respective owners. These demo files are a design study and use fictional branding.
8. Availability
A production service may change, suspend or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts should be made to communicate material changes and protect user data during transitions.
9. Disclaimers
Kivora would be a productivity product, not medical, mental-health or professional advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made based on their routines and progress data.
10. Termination
Users should be able to close an account. The service may suspend accounts that violate the terms or present security risks, subject to applicable law.
11. Contact
This is a demonstration website. Replace these terms with counsel-reviewed production terms before using the concept commercially.
